PADS Homeless Shelter

Compassion & Outreach: Hope in Action

VISION

As followers of Jesus, we are called to actively love our neighbors, to demonstrate mercy and pursue justice as Christ modeled. Jesus did not simply serve the poor—he entered into relationships with the marginalized in his society, loving them wholly and publicly and breaking down the barriers that promoted favoritism and injustice.

MISSION

Our mission is to bring hope and transformation to our community and the world around us by coming alongside those who are marginalized or in need and building relationships that embody the love of Christ.

STRATEGY

We partner with local organizations that are already running effectively and providing services in a way that aligns with our mission. At this time, we focus on partnerships that serve people in our local community, which consists of our immediate area and neighboring suburbs. We implement an ongoing vetting process as we discover new partners to add to our ministry.

Our ministry is investigating other partnerships as well. If you are passionate about a local organization that you would like us to explore, please email us at compassion@hopecommunity.net.
