Steve has had the privilege of serving in pastoral roles for over 30 years. During his years in ministry, Steve has led large and small congregations, from startup churches to well-established multisite churches. Steve lives in the Chicago area with his wife and two kids.

After careers in technology and education, Gina felt called to step into ministry. She’s served in various pastoral roles for the past 9 years, from leading kids to serving as campus pastor at a large multisite church. Gina is a Chicago native and lives in the Chicago area with her husband and two kids.

Student Ministry Pastor

Michelle grew up in Northfield and attended New Trier High School. She then went on to earn a certificate in ministry and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Michelle came to faith after being invited to youth group as a teenager and is passionate about creating an environment for students to encounter the transformative love of Christ.

Hope Kids Pastor

Jon has served on children's ministry staff teams for more than 20 years. During his years in ministry, Jon has had various roles and experiences that encompass all aspects of children's ministry. He lives in the Chicago area with his wife and daughter.

Care & Ministry Pastor

After eight years working at a market research company, Jason entered full-time ministry in 2004 and leads a number of ministries at Hope in areas ranging from sports and congregational care to building and facilities. Jason has lived in Chicagoland since he was 6 years old and currently resides in Palatine with his wife and two kids.

Community Connections Coordinator

Barb has served in multiple ministries over 25 years. She is passionate about getting to know people and connecting them to others and to their best-fit serving roles in the church. Barb lives in the Chicago area with her husband Dave. They have adult daughters, a son-in-law, and two grandchildren.

Worship Pastor

Nisha worked as an educator for 15 years and has had the joy of helping create spaces for people to respond to God through music for over 20 years. Nisha lives in the Chicago area with her husband and two sons.

Operations Director

Do was one of the original staff of Home Church, overseeing the technical aspects of the online congregation. He is generally up for anything and he lives in the Chicago area with his wife and two daughters.
