Elder Board

The Elders serve as the spiritual leaders of Hope and, consistent with the New Testament model of church leadership, function as the church's governing body.

The Elder Board is primarily made up of volunteer leaders selected from within the Hope congregation. The senior pastor and one additional pastor also serve on the board as non-voting members.

Together, the Elders provide spiritual oversight, wisdom, accountability, and governance for the church, seeking to ensure that Hope remains faithful to its mission, values, and biblical convictions.

The Elder Board also carries out its responsibilities through several committees, including Elder Selection, Ethics & Compliance, and Finance.
