Details: “A Better Us” is a video-based curriculum designed to help couples strengthen and enrich their marriages. Together, couples will explore four essential areas—Commitment, Communication, Conflict, and Connection—through a 15-minute weekly teaching video followed by guided group discussion. Between sessions, couples will engage in short daily devotionals: three days completed together and two days individually, creating space for both shared growth and personal reflection.
